Hey Guys,
I'm in Spain at the moment and I'm astounded at the developments over here, there is building going on everywhere! (including outside my bedroom window) with my limited economics background I do understand the supply vs. demand model and I figure there must be a lot of foreign investors here.

so, anyone invested in Spain or looked into it in the past? I figure I could look around a bit while I'm here to wet my property appetite.
