Yes, I would be interested in investing in Spain and have lately wondered how to go about it. (cos I?m Spanish) What are the property prices like. I have heard that they are very expensive and that most people can only afford a "piso" which is more or less a small townhoseunit.
Are there many Cash flow positive properties there? And what about things like stamp duty tax finance, land tax etc.
