I have been told my 1 bed apartments in X18 England will be handed over in Nov. Can someone please advise me what a realistic rental would be, I am willing to take 4 cheques.

If anyone is already renting out in England sector I would really appreciate it if you could post a reply.

One is on the first floor, the other is second and I have been told they both have balconies...but I will only believe that when I see them for myself.
