Profit figures at foot of P20 in your brochure are incorrect for scenarios with 7.5% and 10% HPI. (Circa 70k Euro outlay hasn't been deducted.)

Couldn't see any maps in brochure that showed where development was. (Map of Marakesh had 3 arrows, but not clear which, if any, were for the site.)

Is this this next to the Samanah development round the Jack Nicholaus course? Doesn't do any harm being next to million euro villas.

One negative I will add is that I have read one or two posters on the forums saying negative things about the owner of the building company involved. These weren't investors, but employees who had not been paid. (At least they said they were former employees in their posts.)
