If you have purchased off plan then firstly there will be a contract drawn up between you and the developers,I would suggest you make sure everything like for example finishing,fittings,anything at all that has been promised to you verbally is in the contract,also check all the usual things like payment dates and amounts are as stated. Once the build is complete you will then have to register the property into your name ,some developers may include this for you.If you are thinking about hiring a lawyer over here and over in Egypt do you not think it may become a little expensive?
