It sounds more like buying pearls before catching the oysters, let alone fishes. I think like wayne mentioned, if we become penny wise pound foolish we are bound to get bitten. A lesson here is don't buy something like a property without a lawyer. We don't do that in the UK, where we have all the consumer laws i am amazed that people try and save a few dhs and cut cost by discarding a solicitors involvement.
I am really shocked to hear how people have suffered with their investments, only goes to show when everyone gets greedy ,someone gets eaten, in this case its the small fishes and they can't do anything against the crocodile who is the king of the waters(in this case crocodile is nakheel and tamweel and water is the government).
Dubai's property dream is only for the very wealthy and its the law of the Jungle, like it our way or the highway. SHAME ON THE UAE GOVERNMENT!!! SHAME ON THE EMIR AND HIS PROPERTY COMPANIES, LOOTING THE SMALL FISH!!
