I have bought in sweetwater bay last year and so far so good- hassle free!!

Seaterra is infact next door to sweetwater bay also and you can see it from the site clearly!

I looked into buying in north cyprus about 6 months before I bought and did extensive research to ensure I knew what I was letting myself in for!!


But there are lots of developments to choose from and make sure you do some homework first as the political situation there is complex!

Maybe Im bias but for me I chose SWB for a number of reasons being beachfront location, layout and styles of resort and property available and the facilities that will be available on site for all!
