If you have existing property why don't you raise equity on them, this way you will be using that money to reinvest in properties and rotate those funds to earn profits by re investing it in properties, stock.

This all for a monthly installment, it's not a bad idea.

You want to save the equity you have, rather use a facility of a bank to do this.
