I agree with most of what you say.
I am thinking of buying in N. Cyprus as the prices are far more realistic and offer a better chance of increase.
Can you tell me. I intend to buy a 3/4 bed Villa with pool. BUT I will only buy on condition that the Villa / land is PRE 1974 TURKISH or FOREIGN owned.
Will this be safe? in the event of reunification
Are these easy to find? How does one know. Is it easy to find out?
Where would you recommend?
