I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our newly launched company
Egypt Real which brings together the combined experience of the Directors,
Peter Mitry & Nick Pendrell who between them have more than 20 years experience in International Real Estate.
One area which has been consistently strong during 2007 is the
Red Sea Coast of Egypt and in particular Hurghada. During the past year more & more people have visited the Red Sea, and have come to appreciate the amazing opportunities which are available for
low cost property ownership. In 2008 I am sure that we will see mortgages available for non residents at more affordable rates of interest, together with more and cheaper flights going to Egypt’s regional airports.
With thousands of years of history and 365 days a year of sunshine there is no doubt that this is the year that Egypt will come into it’s own as a residential tourism destination.
Egypt Real has been formed to fulfil the needs of potential buyers visiting the area looking for a ‘one stop shop’ for property purchase. From 1st February 2008 our Director, Nick Pendrell, will be permanently based in Hurghada to
meet and greet potential buyers, carry out a
full review of their requirements and arrange a
viewing schedule of the
best projects which suit their needs and budget. We will also carry out
due diligence on the major Developers to protect both our clients and ourselves.
We will take care of
all procedures necessary to facilitate your purchase and provide all necessary

Nick Pendrell spent some time in Hurghada in the latter part of 2007 and has published
Propertastic’s Complete Guide to Hurghada Property and Egypt’s Red Sea Riviera Real Estate. Since the book was published by Amazon in late December Nick has been hailed as the expert in Red Sea property and is definitely the right man to look after you during your visit.
