I think i am too late in replying to your query, i would suggest you to invest and settle in Tamilnadu, so that you can control your property as well and plan for your earnings from the investment. Also, Bangalore is also a good place but everywhere now a days the land prices are going like hot cake. so plan properly and take care in your investment.
