15 minute drive from the beach worries me, when I can get more luxury, more facilites and on beach in Morocco Royal backed mega developments. I'm interested in a Spannish investment but it must be at most a few minutes WALK (not drive) from beach and be on golf.

Before you say it, Morocco is'nt Spain, however I very much doubt my rent payers will make this distinction when it comes to seeing these Moroccan mega developments in a holiday brochure - they will simply see, on golf ON BEACH, with massive marina and oodles more facilities.
