A coup in December of 2006 is not enough water under the bridge for me.

I love everything about the island, and I'll be keeping an eye on it, but I would not consider investing for several more years.

If all remains calm and the government turns out to be doing a good job, then I'd like to have a vacation house for myself. There's nothing about the island that is not to like.
