We would like to inform our valued customers and clients for project’s progress list of activities which have been completed and ongoing activities on International city sites. We hope to offer more quality services to our customers and clients and we appreciate to have your feedback and comments in this regards.

Latest Progress On Site:

Plot no TO1(global Point), TO2(Toronto) & TO4 (Vancouver) handed over to Al Attar on June 2006. (Photo No. 1, 2, 3).
Plot Demarcation for the above mentioned project have been completed by Al Attar.4,5,6
Soil investigation done by NSE company on July and August 2006. (Site Arrangement, Drilling, Bore hole samples taken to lab for each plot) 7,8,9,10,11,12
Soil investigation report prepared and forwarded to Al Attar on September 2006.
Full set of Drawings (Arch, Structural, MEP) prepared and submitted to Nakheel on October 2006 along with Soil Investigation Report and Demarcation.
Waiting to receive the approval & building permit from International City L.L.C & Nakheel within October to November 2006.
