I have worked in the German property business for almost 2 years now and am well aware of the problems non Germans have of getting good mortgages or in some cases getting a mortgage at all. But we have just been told about a new product being offered by Deutsche bank which they claim will offer a higher % and a much faster processing time than any other existing products.
