Provide me proof that this developemnt is an old building that is 10 years old - my guess is that you will not be able to provide proof.

My point about Aldora is that this is the same devleloper that is building Hania - they have stated that Hania will be better qulaity than Al-dora
and will be a NEW DEVELOPMENT.
