This point i agree with you on it but if you make a comparison what you get for this price you will see that you win if you choose regency beach which is copletely new buildings and this difference in size that the flat is bigger, all with sea view, british developer whom have realy experience and already delivered a project which is Regency Towers and its realy amazing, finishing is great and I can tell you if i have the money i will not hesitate to select Regency Beach (Quality deserve)
I tell you you should come here and make the sites views and difenetly you will know the difference and can decide by your self what is the best your eye will see the truth
