Charlie, stop banging your head, if you got to the institute of bankers or a bank website, with all the banks in germany (i went to one for bulgaria and romania) so there must be one for germany, go through each german bank and you will find what the market offers.

There are a number of ways to get finance for overseas property. Resident, non resident etc. I can undertake the work for you, but with my time comes a fee, so try to do it yourself.
