Mick - Many thanks for your assistance on this, it's always nice to get a recommendation from someone.

I had already contacted them a few days ago by co-incidence and was just considering my options..which at the moment are either going through a company who supply a full pack including kitchen and installation eg. the one above....or the alternative is to go via IKEA in Bucharest and request that they supply and fit our furniture (or certainly the heavy / technical bits eg. Kitchen). Certainly either way will be a lot cheaper than going via our friends off the TV!!

I've got the impression there are quite a few 1st time buyer's with the same issue which is some what re-assuring and it's always nice to get feed-back from other's. I'd be very interested to see how Shell get's on over there and what she comes up with as I know it would be beneficial to many others.

The other option where this is concerned would be if it's imperative that we supply furniture, as some tenants to supply their own. I guess it depends on what sort of client's your after.... I don't know the local market enough to know what sort of impact it would have on rental potential if it was un-furnished.

Anyway, thank-you for your advice etc and hopefully we can all get this resolved.

Shell - I will send you an e-mail with my details incase you would like to share any info etc.
