Goldberg Global I disagree with you. US is becoming a hot market again. On a Place in the Sun's annual survey of visitors to their roadshow earlier this year, USA was the biggest climber in their top 20 chart, climbing ten places to 4th position.

The weak dollar plays a big part, and places like LA, and the globally famous places near landmarks and attractions people want to see and visit, people are taking this opportunity to buy their holiday homes when they are getting a lot of dollars to their pound.

Analysts are also predicting 2008 to be the turnaround year for the US market, and I think wise purchases could attract strong rental yields.
