For all your eminently sensible advice, Rachel, I think it's a bit premature. iwico has obviously done no research whatsoever about Bulgaria and needs to get over there, travel around and get a feel for life there before he even thinks about buying property. Just because he/she thinks Bulgaria is affordable does not justify moving there.
