Hi

I am new here an just looking for a solution, i own a little patch in Barbados 6000sq ft to be exact big enough for about 8 decent sized apartments , its in a developed area with plenty of precedents, i know how to build and i am a brickie here in the UK, my problem is i simply dont have the cash to undertake a project of that size and i am trying to avoid getting tied up with banks an such , Any Ideas would be extremely greatfull HELP !!!
