It really does sound too good to be true and the Murcia region has recently slumped slightly, from what I detect from a friend who owns a villa in the Murcia region. I'm also concerned about how easily I can get my money back if the planning fails. Australian buyer - having spoken to the developer, do you feel this is an "honest" investment and do you think your money is safe? How do you rate this investment as opposed to an off-plan purchase in Morocco? I would really appreciate your feedback.
