what i would add to this is that meeting jeff of wwd was a very good experience. he will answer your questions and find out answers to those he is not clear on.. we were taken to another site to view there and was going to go to sahl hasheesh but knowing how impulsive i am the wife put a stop to it. we went to the pearl vista site and then on to el gouna.. i spoke to jeff about purchasing at pearl vista and he did his best to come up with ways to enable me fund my second purchase through them he left it with us and was very happy to address our questions regardless of committing to buy.. i am sure that their higher end developments will be a great purchase.. if you are able to reserve go for it.. i came back to the uk then reserved through rivermead as equally, he is very helpful and is true to his non abandonment policy.. over the easter period, rather than tucking into his plethora of easter eggs , he was busy helping me out with pearl vista and answering my millionth email i sent him
