If this is the case then the plots are not going to show capital growth for a long time after, and if, the resort gets built. Anyone interested should should get all documents re the division of the plots, copy of title deeds etc, with a detailed map of the area showing how far it is from the beach, project details for the infrastructure, and contractual details of the obligation to fulfill the infrastructure promised.
