Simon - I like your enthusiasm but it appears you have not personally visited the site. Correct me if I am wrong but the definition of "beachfront" would be that you walk out of your land directly onto the beach, ie your boundary will be right on the beach. "Access" to the beach does not describe "beachfront". If you would like to post the site plan and a google map of the area, I am sure you will find it helpful to get useful responses. Of course here in Brasil names of places and even developments get duplicated all the time, so confusion can be common. I am sure nobody here wants to be negative for the wrong reasons, only helpful in protecting people from the numerous scams designed only to sell at highly inflated prices while the sales pitch leaves the client believing he is sitting on a potentially lucrative investment, when in fact the profits are with the selling company for a very long time.
