"Access" to the beach does not describe "beachfront". If you would like to post the site plan and a google map of the area, I am sure you will find it helpful to get useful responses. Of course here in Brasil names of places and even developments get duplicated all the time, so confusion can be common. I am sure nobody here wants to be negative for the wrong reasons, only helpful in protecting people from the numerous scams designed only to sell at highly inflated prices while the sales pitch leaves the client believing he is sitting on a potentially lucrative investment, when in fact the profits are with the selling company for a very long time.

I find advice is best offered from people that know, not people that think they do. If the people to "protect us" from these scams do not know, then truthfuly, how can they comment. The point is they shouldnt.
Beachfront means the development is on the beach, or is beach front. Well done, you understood the beach part, and the front part.
The development is front line, but it also goes 2.6 km back onto the lagoon of trairi which is 4km wide. To the south, and south east is the source which prevents access, however access therefore is through trairi, hence the 50 mins to an hour, as opposed to shorter travel time.
I am sure you will agree, the 4 lines above are more useful than pages of garbage from people who have a "need" to voice an oppinion, right or rong.
The dig was not at you, or any1. Rather the concept of trying to help this lady, when nobody knows.
Instead of asking me to post those documents, why do you not research yourself? The area on google can be found by typing in Trairi to google earth, and trairi ceara. The area on the right or east of there you will see virgin land and a lagoon than begins within the town. This lagoon has a road clearly visible, this is the access point.
Thanks for your time.
