The development is front line, but it also goes 2.6 km back onto the lagoon of trairi which is 4km wide. To the south, and south east is the source which prevents access, however access therefore is through trairi, hence the 50 mins to an hour, as opposed to shorter travel time.
I am sure you will agree, the 4 lines above are more useful than pages of garbage from people who have a "need" to voice an oppinion, right or rong.

Instead of asking me to post those documents, why do you not research yourself? The area on google can be found by typing in Trairi to google earth, and trairi ceara. The area on the right or east of there you will see virgin land and a lagoon than begins within the town. This lagoon has a road clearly visible, this is the access point.

Simon, Jesus man dont get upset, I was simply trying to add infomation because i believe it to be true, its an opinion which is what a forum is mainly about. How does me saying that I think its nearer to 2 hours attack your investment, I dont know anything more about your development I stated that, i wouldnt dream of misleading people about a development. I looked at the distances what is listed on one of my map and it said Flexeiras 140KM, sorry that i wrote that down, but is just sharing information. I am talking about the same place by Trairi, I had now just put in Flexeiras and some of the non real estate websites for Flexeiras by Trairi do state the distance are the ranged from 120KM and 148KM like i stated.
I was just trying make someone aware that I think it would take much longer to travel there from fortaleza than her website stated because i have travelled by there, and have seen many real estate companies mislead with distances, i was just trying to help, not attack a development or cause anybody to get upset. I do wish I hadnt of bothered now, I live and learn and wont try help again help again. But atleast this would made lady check the distances herself, and i guess you ll find out when you actually travel there yourself.
