wow, tensions are high.

Well first of all, after doing my own research and listening to everybody here, there are some truths from everyone.

Paul, thank you for your help. There are several flexeiras located in this area, and Trairi is the best judge of distance to avoid confusion.

The miles on the highway is far less than that though, like you said Simon.

Basically fortaleza airport is outside of the city anyway, which of course decreases travel time as it is north (ish) from the city.

1 hour is a very respectable time. I have friends who have been there which is why I am looking at brazil. They told me that although they havent been to trairi or flexeiras specifically, they have been to areas north of there, and this is the through route to get elsewhere when travelling North from Fortaleza.

This excites me as it is obviously a popular route!

I think wolfgang that you should stop travelling or visiting brazil, it is obviously not for you. I am sorry that darkness scared you on the roads, I am sure they will be improved as they get used more.

I am finishing off reading this report that I have been given, I would then like to ask a couple more questions.

Thank you all very much for your help, lets try to stay friendly though.

Please also read the original question, it had NOTHING TO DO with what any of you are saying, I think you should start a new page, my original question was is completing in 28 days possible, although I have been given a 2 week extension.

Please may someone answer my original question, rather than inform me of distances that I am already aware of!

Like you say Simon, google earth is a useful tool!

Many thanks all!
