I have placed the reservation, I have received a due diligence report, and have signed and sent off my power of attorney. My CPF should be ready Monday.

I have been told the first 14 days is to receive due diligence, power of attorney, CPF etc. The second block of 14 days is to finalise if satisifed.

I am using currencies direct in the UK as they are business aprtners on this project, and I have been in touch with them in London office. They handle the monies.

I then need to send my money if I am happy, this money is held in the Central bank of brazil until the power of attorney is used to assign the money to the title deed. Without a clean and clear title deed the money is returned to me within 90 days /by the brazil government.

I do like the securities in place, and it has made me feel secure. Everything has to check out or the bank does not release the monies. I am using the A&T Lawfirm in Fortaleza, who are considered very highly, and have been recommended my not just htis company.

I have a letter of recommendation from national homebuilder of the year (past 4 years) and holder of 24 homebuiler awards in the UK, also AIPP pledged companies have written letters to verify that this project is what it is.

I am therefore very satisifed and I have done my homework, but just want to be certain that transfer, signing, CPF can be done in 28 days. I dont want to lose my deposit, or my units.

Who are the developers of this project?

Can I get savings going direct, or am I already?
