Yes JM i agree, your points are all honest and fair.

They have brought things to my attention, such as infrastrucvtures and timelines. I have received an investment memorandum from the parent company, which covered full insight. That was in English.

I have received the translated documents and the original docuemnts certified by the lawyer I am using. There are a couple of things, like always, that can go wrong. But I will own 100% title deed of my land, and I can build on it, so no matter what, I have what I wanted.

Like you said JM though, I believe it is important to acknowledge the facts that are important to them and their investment / as investors.

Also, I would like to make it clear that I am not an ammateur, and I would not cut the agency out, I would like to compare the prices. I am buying through Venturis UK.

I do own quite a few other properties, from Spain to Malaysia... so I do not allow people to pull the wool over my eyes or I would have crashed and burned a long time ago.

I am genuinely satisified and even impressed with the company, and they have really treated me well.

I will be treated badly if they will make me money though!!

No, my money is in my bank, I am transfering next Friday, or may need a couple of days extra, as my money is tied up until then.
