Five hours from London, 365 days of sunshine per annum, virtually zero rainfall, average daily temperatures of almost 30 degrees. Egypt is soon to adopt a more liberal attitude to budget airlines, land registration problems are being sorted out and mortgages will soon be more read¡ly available and cheaper. Does this sound like the conditions which could spark a property boom? Hopefully we will soon have a new section on Egypt and it would be great to get your views.....what do you believe to be the upsides and downsides of this market? What would make you buy there?
