I think it will be every bit as good as they say but you should get in early. As soon as the shops and restaurants begin to open in 'old town' and the sunken city and the Piazza are finished just watch prices rocket. My advise would be to snap up one of the remaining units in El Andalous (I have some Resales) or consider Ocean Breeze, which is closest to the new marina.
