So do not buy though them.
What i would like to know where does this 2000 go ,
Jonathan by the sounds of it was just about to reserve but looks like he will go though the same agent as me Worldwide Frontiers - Overseas Offplan property investing in Morocco, Dubai ...

Propertyinvest I dont think we have been formally introduced, my name is Mark Hargreaves, Director of BlueFish Property Services. For your information, we, that is all Casablanca agents can take £2000 of a £4500 reservation fee. Casablanca charge £4500 for a reservation, the extra £1000 is because we have the best front line blocks 13 through to 23, they have nothing in front of them to obscure views to sea, clients are more than happy to pay the extra £1000 for the best front line units. When the time comes we will be collecting the other £2500 of the reservation from the clients who have only paid £2000 of the deposit. By the way Propertyinvest, Dreamworld are fully aware of Casablanca offers. You must understand that Casablanca have moved so many units on Tanjah. Bluefish have a couple of great frontline units to sell on block 20. We are asking for £2000 as a reservation with the other £2500 to be paid prior to contract. Dreamworld WILL accept this as a reservation, this is one of our arrangments with Dreamworld. All of our clients who have paid £2000 have had the Dreamworld update letter.
