Ikea however do offer a service from local delivery trucks which do not belong to the company, however you will then have to arrange for some one to build or put your furniture together.

Considering the shortage of Rental accommodation I was told that by providing a Furnished apartment I would only achieve maximum 5,000 AED more a year. You then have the hassle of wear and tare verse a vacant apartment where the tenant provides all the furniture.

You could also consider just placing a stove/ fridge and the tenant provides the rest.
