Romania,
Brazil,
Argentina,
Abu Dhabi and
Kuala Lumpur as the next big property hotspots!
However, looking through this site there seems to be even more than these!
I'd like to know your top 5 countries for investing in as of April 2008 and why.
I'm mostly looking for properties with a good yield (a minimum of around 6%) and potential capital growth within the next 3 years.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Deep,

It all depends on the amount of your investments.
How easy is it for you to come and meet me in Central London? I work for the largest private property developer in the Middle East, and will be able to offer you several options in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Egypt and many more destinations.

It'll take a good 2 hour to go through all the info you may want/ need but you'll leave me either with an investment, or with a great amount of information which will help you in your search!

Before coming to see me, it'll be great for you to do this basic research online and get in touch with some agents/ developers/ experts etc...

I look forward to hearing from you,
Regards,

Rammah
