I'm Marco and I'm from Italy

I love USA, California and Florida expecially: I've been in Malibu/Santa Monica/L.A and in Miami.

Seing the Real Estate crisis and the excellent Euro-Dollar exchange, I would like to invest in the Estate Usa market. It's my dream.

The problem is money, cash money ...

I own a luxury agriturism in Tuscany, maybe the most famous region of Italy.

I would like to sell it, It's on the italian market for 6 months...I'm sure it's more situable for stranger market, in fact in Tuscany most of the property are owned by foreigners.

I really want to sell it...so i can start buying overseas property.

Do you have any suggestion on how to sell it ?

It's a really beautifull property....the price is 2900000$ about.

I'm really sad because now that I need to sell it, There is a worldwide crisis, expecially in the Real Estate market.
