Where have you read about people who have done their Due Diligence being in trouble? I think you are (again) misunderstanding the posts. Those in trouble are the ones who didn't do their due diligence.

I receive DD packs in English and Portuguese however the legal documentation which accompanies the packs is always the originals so they are (for Brazil) in Portuguese.
