Spain is one of the States that are tourism-natural, historical and cultural.
It is one of the Mediterranean States, the most beautiful and wonderful atmosphere in the world.
And real estate in Spain is still cheap for Europe.
But perhaps the current decline is due to a rise in the euro and the problem of mortgage in USA.
