Thank you for your input. I read it with some consternation. I did google Casares del Sol Suites and have read up on it. I can see where your concern stems from but my thoughts are as follows....and please comment if you think I am off the mark. I am here to learn.

Casares del Sol Suites problems seem to stem from the fact that the developer has not delivered a completed product to Kasamia.

Kasamia is not in a position to do anything with the complex until it is delivered to them in a usable state, since they are purely a operator. I do agree that they are a new kid on the block, but I guess they have to start somewhere.

They seem to have quite a good business model and I doubt they would have anything to gain by making a development look like a good buy. I think their involvement would have been genuine, but at some stage they need to dump the project if the developer is not delivering the complex to them.

Please share any other thoughts you may have.
