Hi could anybody tell me which bank in UAE, gives morgages as our developer Khoie will borrow money at 9% but the figures in the banks are only half this figure. So just wondered if anybody as aproached a UAE bank about a morgage.
Also there was a property rise on the 15th of april, was it 7% or 10%.
