For those of us who have invested in projects on the promise of huge gains as the properties increase in a rising market, I am sure that like me, many of you will have been disappointed to find that the Agent or Developer who sold you the property has now lost interest in you and you have been left to find a buyer yourself! Sounds familiar?
The Developers we are working with in Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada take an entirely different view; as we were in at the very beginning and snapped up some of the best seafront units these are now very much in demand and two of our group have been approached by the Developer this week to flip their properties showing an 80% capital appreciation in just 10 months! They charge 5% for doing this but our members are happy to pay it. It makes a refreshing change from Developers who only want to sell new units and leave their established clients high & dry.
