Why was it helded up......? my customers would ask,
I do not believe your are alone waiting two years for a your Tapu.. I recently heard some people have waited 3 years .

I doubt very much if there was a Tapu in the first place ..
The question remains;!
Do you have a Habitation certificate for both property.!
