I have purchased a 1 bed appt in Persia and took charge in Sept 2007 after all the necessary fees had been paid. The appt is currently let through Exclusive based in Dubai. However, to date I have not received the Title Deeds. Has anyone who has purchased in Persia received their Title Deeds? Please advise.
