Mexican Riviera
I have investments in the Mexican Riviera Maya and the place is growing by leaps and bounds. The great thing about MX is it has been through the stages of Pre-Problematic Real Estate Ventures. It has grown to the status where investors from all over the world are now flocking to purchase because it is safe now. No "Prestanombres" (name-lenders) needed and it is fully a viable place that has caught up to the 21st Century unlike areas like DR, Costa Rica, South America in general where u are going to have title problems. The area is just now launching and like anything that just starts out, ur going to have snags. The Mexican Government has already taken care of that so when u have major title companies like Stewart Title, Fidelity Mutual, etc. working in these areas u know its a good thing. Right now a whole new generation of hotel owners are up and coming because the old are dying or getting out because they cannot keep up anymore. This is causing Sales that give u instant Equity on ur purchase.Understand that if u look at the Spanish Economy it has grown strong in the past 10 years. This is highly due to the fact that Spainish Investors are buying all the properties in Mexicos Touristic Locations and running them. This is viable information because the Spanish are always looking for more rooms to purchase. This makes Mexico and its touristic Areas a very Smart and Simple Investment.
