If you own a holiday home in France you may have decided not to install a France Telecom phone line because you only use the property a few times a year.
But recently France Telecom introduced a new service for second home owners. The service is called Ligne Residence Secondaire and enables you to suspend your line rental payment a maximum of six times a year, for a minimum period of at least one month (and at maximum one year) at a cost of €4.69.
Not bad! You could even have access to email with a dial-up connection.
