Hi All

The license that was granted in Feb was the extension to licensia Previa which is the firts license granted. This was after a lotof bad press surrounding this project. The previa expired and it was then granted again.

They do not have title on the land as yet at GNG (in fact one of my sources has advised the land is back on the market!) and without title there is no way the registro do incorporacao will be granted.

All these letters from GS and the agents foolishly believing them is merely to buy time and stop buyers from cancelling. The latest contract they have sent out is tio get buyers to sign to supercede the reservation contract so that they do not breach it.

All very dodgy stuff if you ask me!!

Lisa
