So, today EMAAR launched a new residential tower, located in Burj Lake Promenade...last 3 days I was sending tousands e-mail for potential customers, because we have our comissions (not from customer, but from Emaar). So Customer just need to send copy of his passport which is we will register let's say in Emaar or in any other Developer who does launch...from our side customer will get a good care, good tooken number (its not secret that even you will came directly to buy - there are so many people waiting from early morning and most of the time in the end of launch price goes up - 10 % over IN THE SAME DAY), so we getting tooken number - you are caming with your check book to pay downpayment or deposit. And everybody happy...If somebody interested - just send me e-mails, when we have new launch or something HOT ...you will know first

I have contacted Emmar thousand of times when i heard about their launch
not one person answered me
then i called by phone and i was referred to another than another than another person
who told me that unless i was there with my check book and passport
it cant be done
how do u expect me to fly for the launch , then carry a check book in a different currency , what good wud that do , I told the man to show him my good intention that they cud debit my card and then i will wire transfer the money , he said he will check and never came back .
it seems these launches are made only for people who live in Dubai , they buy it cheap and within the same day offer it at 600 dirhams higher , which i his is gambling , starting to sound like trading the market , stock and currencies, where even in the stock exchange the Americans have before hours trading and after hours trading where none Americans cant do that either .
if every one is a speculator in this market , then who is buying to stay in these apartments , all are in for a fast hit and run , and that stinks. It has all the singes of a bubble that is ready to burst .
on the other hand , yes , Do put me on ur mailing list or pm me at least 2 weeks in advance so i can arrange to fly to dubai for a launch .
