Hi yes this is common. I know someone buying in Sharm that does not get a response from the Agent, developer and his lawyer ( who was recommended by the agent!!! ).

I am using Zeiad ( resident lawyer on TP and expert lawyer in Sharm) who is based in Naama Bay and must say he answers his emails and queries very quickly. Unless he is away most emails are answered the same day and some within minutes!!!
