Galatea is one of the ones at the back isn't it? Why would licenses be granted for one at the back if they weren't granted for ones at the front or to the sides?

From what I recall, solanum was at the front, Miltonia and Marginata were at the back with Galatea in the middle or did I get that confused?

I would assume that either they have licenses for everything (all four phases and the villas) or they don't have licenses for anything - saying that they have licenses just for your phase sounds a bit iffy.

But again, if they have them, great - ask them to send you copies or return your reservation fee.
